restore a subsite not in recycle bin - Microsoft Community

i have accidently deleted sharepoint subsite in sharepoint online while in sharepoint designer.

the site not in ui recycle bin or 2nd stage recycle bin 

please restore!

hi, please see image below, red cross cell/box cannot edit ideas why? rest of table ok...  thanks dan hi daniel, if cells on table has locked, can unlock it. can unlock cells , lock specific cells , ranges before protect worksheet. can enable specific users edit specific ranges in protected worksheet. suggest check link on how lock or unlock specific areas of protected worksheet. detailed steps , information provided on link. if have inquiries, feel free post assist accordingly.
