Retrieving old email from Outlook 2011 Mac - Microsoft Community

hi, 

i wonder whether can me something. i'd retrieve old email previous account in outlook 2011 mac outlook 2016. now, did not make backup of 2011 account, apple's time machine backups. recall emails stored in particular folder found (under microsoft user accounts or similar) that's far can get. outlook 2016 not allow me import these. 

any suggestions?

you need restore entire outlook 2011 identity:

~/documents/microsoft user data/office 2011 identities

after that’s done, import whole thing (you can’t select unfortunately) outlook2016, or reinstall outlook 2011 , select export .olm archive reimport outlook 2016.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
