Emails blocked from sending - Microsoft Community

used laptop earler log in email. can't send email phone or tablet. received email saying access blocked due suspicious activity. list provided of activity no way confirm me or remove block. soooo frustrating

tried recall email. got response recipient: sender responded m. mean? hi rebecca, recalling unavailable outlook.com. however, available outlook 2016. more information, please check article: i want recall message in outlook.com (formerly hotmail) . with said, can confirm if you're using outlook 2016? also, using office business or exchange? we'll waiting response. hi, please see image below, red cross cell/box cannot edit ideas why? rest of table ok...  thanks dan hi daniel, if cells on table has locked, can unlock it. can unlock cells , lock specific cells , ranges before protect worksheet. can enable specific users edit specific ranges in protected worksheet. suggest check link on how lock or unlock specific areas of protected worksheet. detailed steps , information provided on link. if have inquiries, feel free post assist accordingly.
