I opened my hotmail today and my Alias email is missing as well as - Microsoft Community

03-dec-2017: of important emails go alias email. opened hotmail today , missing! many of created folders , random "conversation history' has appeared in folders did not create! not good.

i need check emails go alias email address it's no seen, , important folders missing! how dare muck people this?! log in hotmail account regularly, may have been few days ago had logged in last , ok. today not ok. please reinstate created folders (these important) , alias email address (equally important). fyi- both alias , login email end in hotmail.com. please fix immediately! i've had select closest related 'category', 'topic' , 'sub-topic', in selections below, issue/s not available options pick from.

changes on emails settings 1 of possible reasons why issue happening. need additional information resolve concern. kindly answer following questions below:

  • are using outlook 2016 app or outlook.com website sign in account?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?

in meantime, recommend logging hotmail account using link and see if helps.

we'll keep eye out response.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
