Outlook 2013 stuck in work offline - Microsoft Community

i clicked work offline view message in outbox.

i clicked again go online, nothing happens , work offline still shows.

however, email goes through server in evacuation area in northern california fires, vom.com.

i have att.net address , i'm receiving @ least emails on it.

how fix work offline status?

how change primary email address att.net?

thanks!  important, i'm in advisory fire evacuation zone , email main means of communication.

this issue caused corrupted or missing data file. we'd know version of windows you're using. can tell how account configured, using pop3, imap, or exchange server? also, referring changing alias or preferred email account outlook? can check article on how manage aliases on microsoft account.

for better isolate issue coming from, suggest launch outlook in safe mode , see if you'd still encounter same issue. in case there aren't issues in safe mode, suggest try check , install available updates outlook. can refer link steps on how install office updates.
