Rules in Outlook 2010 - Microsoft Community

hi,

at moment have implemented rule in outlook highlighted mails using key words. menage show each user how import rule using *.rwz file. unfortunately rule needs updated when key words change. can ask employee import again rule using new *.rwz file. rather avoid doing because sure not every employee (lack of time, lack of knowledge, forget etc.)

and question is:

is there other way implement update users @ once without attention? how can automate this?

an exchange administrator can indeed add rule mailbox , multiple mailboxes @ once. end users see rule in outlook , can modify them if want to.

note rules stored @ exchange level when using exchange account. why rules available when using outlook on web (owa) , why rules can executed when outlook closed.
