Schedule a meeting with multiple presenters - Microsoft Community

we have monthly meeting 6 people give presentation dept lasts 2 hours.  come in meeting, give presentation , leave.  have schedule 6 appts because don't want of them sitting there 2 hours.  it's this:

2:00-4:00

2:00-2:30 - employee 1

2:30-3:00 - employee 2

3:00-3:15 - employee 3

3:15-3:30 - employee 4

3:30-3:45 - employee 5

3:45-4:00 - employee 6

is there plugin or available can set 1 recuring appt. 2-4 individual times , warnings each?
