Cannot create an outlook account on android mobile anymore - Microsoft Community

hello,

i cannot create outlook account on android aquarius-mobile anymore....

it worked 2 years perfect @ 1 moment not synchronize anymore , deleted account.

i tried create new account everytime message "the e-mail address , password not correct or

that not possible connect server

tried several e-mail addresses..but in vain. 

what solution?

we tried reproducing issue using 1 of phones in our lab , found no issues signing in. perhaps outlook mobile or phone updated.

if working 2 years, can logically assume new on phone conflicting it. or there might issue how it's connecting server.

have tried uninstalling , reinstalling app? how signing in different internet connection?

chances are, there's issue connection server if you're still unable sign in after uninstalling , re-installing. in case, try again @ later time , see if you're able sign in.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
