upload bandwith stops internet for browsers , applications

if happens when you're uploading onedrive, internet's bandwidth might not capable of uploading data while using other apps. have tried checking upload , download speeds are?

also, using onedrive app or onedrive on web? try uploading on both of them , see if behave same.
