hi,
i'm using 5 different email accounts business purposes. however, there's 1 email account (email 3) accessible 4 other user. set out rule says "emails contact a" should directly go "inbox-folder a".
the problem is, whenever "contact a" sends out personal email me , not email 3, goes directly "email3" , on "inbox-folder a"
is there way can receive personal emails contact personal inbox , not shared email account(email3)?

apparently, you'll need access each account manage rules. if you're planning on changing rules set accounts, can follow steps outlined article.
since you're using shared account, there's no way filter out email messages received unless sender meets appropriate conditions. detailed explanation , better assistance, can post concern in technet outlook pro discussions forum.
