10 years amount of my emails are gone

this important me, please me.

while finding important email, realised of emails in inbox gone , have no idea cause this.

i have tried several ways mentioned on internet , forum , nothing works. have tried recover deleted items on deleted items folder had never worked.

i suspected might because of pop settings checked , found did not allow other clients delete emails supposed not case.

i appreciate if on forum me find way recover since emails are invaluable me.
