why hotmail account sending multiple copies of same email recipient(s) - seems happen when message pops saying "cannot send email there no internet connection, try again later" (or words effect) when there internet connection , message sent - multiple times!  happens regardless of number of people being sent email.  thought due sent box being full, have cleared out, can't reason - , still happening!  have use email account apologise people concerned (and idiot).

any in resolving appreciated.

it's possible network settings causing outlook send multiple copies on email. we'd learn more concern provide proper resolution. have few questions you:

  • just confirm, using browser access outlook, or using desktop app, outlook 2016?
  • if you're using browser access outlook, browser it? happen when using other browsers?
  • did make changes account before started happening?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far, aside clearing sent items?

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
