Task being used and assigning to 5 people to complete the same task - Microsoft Community

is there way see multiple people working on same task?  using task follow on various projects , wanted have single point of communication multiple parts being worked on.

for better understanding of issue , provide solution suited concern, we'd have clarifications in issue. since categorized post on outlook, we'd know if you're pertaining on working on report using outlook, or if you're using totally different app?
