Unable to subscribe to calendar using Outlook.com - Microsoft Community

dear microsoft,

for long time i've used outlook.com account access online calendar windows 10 desktop (as windows 10 desktop calendar not have functionality required subscribe calendar itself).

recently noticed wasn't getting notifications on desktop windows 10 calendar items online calendar. try , fix i've tried removing , re-subscribing online calendar via outlook.com account. none of events subscribed calendar show in outlook.com calendar (and none of them synchronize desktop).

i've tried changing url online calendar, , still none of them work. if create single, one-off event, displays fine. of events in subscribed online calendar recurring events. imported once, earlier morning, try , debut notifications had remove calendar again , if re-add none of them appear.

this must problem outlook.com. if functionality wasn't available, wouldn't work intermittently.

please investigate , provide solution?

p.s. same url subscription works fine in outlook 2010 desktop software - events appear should. not problem online calendar.

we'd verify few things in order assist in resolving issue outlook.com not being able subscribe online calendar application you're using on device. kindly confirm following:

  • which browser use access outlook.com account?
  • have tried using different browser? same issue?
  • were there recent changes made computer prior issue? (windows update, software or hardware installation, etc.)
  • did error message when trying enter url online calendar outlook.com?

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
