we having same issue @ our work 1 employee being booted out same time every day. on office 365. going through portal.office.com. please hel.

welcome community, in experience, may related to  idle session time-out period. default, session time-out period public computers or private expired, office 365 account logout automatically , expected behavior. default, session time-out period public computers 10 minutes, , range of permissible values 1 9,999 minutes. session time-out period trusted private computers 360 minutes, , range of permissible values 1 9,999 minutes.

typically, shorter idle session time-out period configured public computers private computers reduce risk third party able access user's e-mail if user leaves public computer without logging off.

based on description, understand meaning 1 employee’s office 365 email account logout automatically in same time every day. so, may know how long employee’s account logout? whether meet idle session time-out period?
