Mailbox Full Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community

hello,

my outlook 2016 email telling me mailbox full , not let me send out emails. have emptied sent, inbox , deleted folders yet still receive message when try send email out. not sure issue might be. have ideas?

this issue possible email profile corruption. isolate if issue has email profile or office 2016, suggest perform following steps:

1. press the windows + r on keyboard.
2. on keyboard key in outlook /profiles , press enter on run command box.
3. as choose profile box, select new... , name "test".
4. manually configure , enter details of email on add new account setup.
5. check if can send email using "test" email profile.
