Outlook 2016 : People Pane issue ( no data displaying) - Microsoft Community

i have issue people pane:

i have 2 computers : desktop , surface pro :  both of computers have same software office 365 , exchange both before upgrade window falls update:

before window falls update people pane working perfectly.

my desktop computer updated   last week , updates successful. when open  desktop outlook 2016 after updates, had issue people pane , check addins outlook social connector 2016. had contacted microsoft, created new profile outlook , change thing register. uninstall office 365 , reinstall again.  have spend more 10 hours on 3 day.

yesterday: decided upgrade surface pro, informed microsoft it.  once gain before started upgrade, check  outlook  2016 (desktop vision) people pane working perfectly. once had upgrade surface pro, had same issue desktop computer. both of computers have issue people pane (no data displaying)

need assistance?????

it component within outlook may have been damaged after update or may have been corrupted. since contacted microsoft, can tell more have instructed or have done aside mentioned in post? know , avoid duplication of efforts on end.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
