we have shared mailbox shared user , want use tasks of shared mailbox not updating when make changes. there solution this?

when shared shared mailbox user, did grant permissions him?
if share task user, on permissions tab, in name box, click name of person access want change.
under permissions, in permission level list, choose permission level.
if share shared mailbox user, use admin account log exchange admin center> recipients> shared> select , double click it> mailbox delegation> add user full access list.
