Corrupted Word file - Microsoft Community

i typing on file i've had ages , wouldn't let me type , crashed. exited app , went on try , reopen file. when did, did -

and when clicked 'recover' did this.

i tried changing name didn't work. please, need file! know do?

for isolate everything, know if issue happening on specific file only. also, troubleshooting steps have done far? know next course of action need take.

meanwhile, suggest try repairing office application. remove corrupted files office apps such word or excel. click link steps.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. i made video show issue: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ouo7bebwljilhfz/screencaptureproject34.mp4?dl=0 i noticed issue on forum in several locations windows whole had simple resolution hasn't matched mine (and mine in office, not windows).  when open drop-down window (menu or box, i've seen called 3 don't know correct), won't stay open long enough me use it.  the time open varies super short relatively short.  i'm showing in excel, happening across ms office software.  itunes, example, not produce issue. office 2010 windows 7 64bit 15gb ram intel core i7 cpu 3.07ghz it not mouse.  i've tried 3. it not stuck key on keyboard.  i've tried 2. it not virus or malware.  i have contacted eset, antivirus provider had me perform deep cleans , combed through 2 reports (twice after bugged them again).  (i use malwarebytes , ccleaner regularly, since i've been paid subscriber eset long time, used service.) ...
