how to receive email sent to a connected account in only the connected - Microsoft Community

i have spent inordinate amount of time 365 support , have not solved problem. signed office 365 business personal email address , want continue receiving personal email through outlook 2016. problem personal email going newly created outlook email address inbox , personal email address inbox.

i want "comcast.net" mail in inbox only. right "outlook.com" inbox receiving comcast.net mail outlook.com mail.

it seems there should simple solution. appreciated. btw, running windows 10.

hello lynne,

based on test, not feasible seperate inbox folder of connected account.

however, can create rules let mailbox 1's emails go folder 1. mailbox2's email > folder 2

condition: message received xxxxx@****

action:  move message folder a.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
