where did icon go allowed add links online pictures in word , outlook email.

even though still on insert tab when click it, not allow enter url

me know can done possible pictures no longer degraded when sent them in emails.

in outlook windows client, can insert hyperlinks picture based on steps below when creating email:

1. select text or picture want display hyperlink.
2. on insert tab, click hyperlink. can right-click text or picture , click hyperlink on shortcut menu.
3. under link to, click e-mail address.
