3D object has no texture in Powerpoint 365 - Microsoft Community

i pleased learn 3d abilities office 365 has experiencing difficulties inserting offline 3d objects powerpoint. if download file somewhere , try insert either powepoint or paint 3d appears without texture - plain color. there no such problem if insert 3d object remix 3d or if create 1 in paint 3d myself , insert in powerpoint afterwards. guess office , paint use kind of 3d files embedded textures? possible import files paint 3d or powerpoint sources other remix 3d option insert textures , please if possible give details it! option figure adding "stickers" 3d objects not accurate , detailed.
