have 'record of progress' document share class.  all students have editing access. why in history in shows students name others designated 'guest acccess.' want able identify   contributors.                  
  
                it never used this, whether send link or email share document, can accessed via office online , have guest access. nobody required sign in account anymore authenticate. you'll need ensure   students have microsoft accounts , can sign in them before editing. can microsoft account without creating new email address here:
