Can't access my One Drive. getting error code 0x8004def7 - Microsoft Community

as per subject line.  did fresh install of win10 after upgrade win7 became unusable mixed misbehaviours, blue screen crashouts etc etc. painless upgrade short while - spanners started dropping works.  , this. (beginning understand why driven apple's dark side....)

can't access 1 drive. getting error code 0x8004def7

hi,

might getting said error if there corruption onedrive login credentials. suggest try following steps , check if helps.

1. press start button , type "credential manager".
2. click on arrow near "onedrive cached credentials".
3. check whether onedrive login credentials listed on there.
4. if credentials listed, suggest click on "remove vault" , follow on-screen suggestions.
5. login onedrive again , check whether credentials getting saved.

let know status of concern onedrive guide further.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
