Groove Music on all platforms failing to find music in OneDrive - Microsoft Community

groove music on platforms failing find files in onedrive, though have around 100gb of music in music folder.

android, windows, doesn't matter.  doesn't find , erroneously reports, "sync complete."

i haven't found definitive answer troubleshooting , ms support in groove seems non-existent.  ideas?

here's i've tried:

  • signing out everywhere, , signing in
  • completely removing groove database on windows
  • removing/reinstalling android app, clearing cache, clearing data, etc.

in onedrive music stored?  what name of folder?  i believe work has in root onedrive folder in folder named "music"

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
