      the problem not solved rebooting , deleting files.
  bug of latest version of application!
  
  when make voice call - volume of outgoing device set low.
  what should do?

  update.  however, issue lie specific headset device side. may try check issue via creating new mac user account , performing fresh install latest skype business mac application program   see whether problem still occurs.
  
  if troubleshooting step above don’t help, workaround please use different workable headset device use skype business mac.
