Cannot open charts in Word - Microsoft Community

encountered problem not being able open chart data in word 2016 document have been working on time.

even if open new document , insert chart within word, let me see data; when exit data, not reopen.

moved from: office / excel / other/unknown / office 2016

hello,

we'd know build of word installed on computer. follow steps below check build:

  1. open word > go file > account.
  2. under product information you'll see build of word.

you may try rollback previous version of windows 10 , check if issue isn't happening, see steps below:

  1. go settings > click update & security.
  2. on left panel, select recovery > hit get started under go previous version of windows 10.

note: if don't see go earlier build section, it's been more 31 days since upgraded current build , windows has cleared away files.

kindly update of result.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
