Getting error "There is a problem with the selected printer. You - Microsoft Community

i have same problem.

when select file / print, following error: "there problem selected printer. might need reinstall printer. try again, or use different printer."

this dell laptop running windows 10 pro. far i've tried:

- rename outlprnt file (doesn't recreated)
- upgrading office 2013 h+b 2016 (o365 business premium)

- uninstall office using 'easy fix' tool , reinstalling

- wiping user account , recreating it

- uninstall oem printer drivers , use "microsoft print pdf" testing

nothing has worked far. issue has come during testing not being able send html signatures - not sure how / if relates.

any updates / feedback appreciated.

may know if happens outlook? please check if can print file other applications, such word or notepad.

you can try perform clean boot windows check if issue persists. , can change printer check outcome. (under file > print > print options)

besides, if issue happens outlook, please let know if happens , provide outlook version us.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
