follow question: able similar, 1 of coworkers calendars in outlook @ 1 point, how able that? exporting calendar , doing 1 time load of events or other method?

potential work around set shared calendar in outlook has of calendars overlaid , share team? don't overlay feature functionality in outlook, because overlay's main calendar, , not selected calendar. want able load 1 calendar summarizes information several calendars in order have idea of routine assignment start , due dates @ glance. don't think general task list or work in situation because these repeated events, payroll, mixed days off.

from search , test, it’s not feasible create calendar such shared calendar viewable separately different members. create calendar item folder under our mailbox, assign necessary permission specific members.
