Outlook defaults - Microsoft Community

hi there

i have client has outlook 2007 , office 365 software on pc. insist on using outlook 2007 email don’t outlook 2016. i’m having issues setting defaults in windows 7. when sending invoice myob keeps opening outlook 2016 though windows 7 says outlook 2007 has defaults set. working of sudden keeps trying open outlook 2016 whenever trying send myob.

is there way can remove outlook 2016 keep other software word, excel etc.

no, can't. note outlook 2007 out of support , no longer receive security updates either. many vendors dropping support office 2007 continuing outlook 2007 isn't strategically sound decision.

you may want find out bit more why don't outlook 2016. oftentimes, little bit of adjustment period changes , user training trick.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
