Outlook - Too Slow and Unresponsive - Microsoft Community

currently using microsoft outlook 2010 email client our machines , email addresses on last few months has become unreliable - not start or close properly, takes long time load messages, freezes in middle of loading message , have keep restarting works not always. has become impossible work outlook 2010 upgraded outlook 2016 same problems keep persisting , in 2016 loads last few emails , rest unavailable. note, our email account sizes large - 15gb+ each 1 of them.

how large organizations apple, microsoft, etc., setup email clients/systems fast reliable use can support many users?  

meaningful advise appreciated since affecting our productivity.

there different factors can contribute why outlook 2016 clients being used manage email accounts slow respond. 1 possible reason size of data files being used email clients. resolve concern, kindly answer questions below:

• the email accounts you're using, exchange accounts or regular email accounts?
• we verify if computers installed outlook 2016 on connected domain network?
• were there changes made or updates installed on computers being used prior issues occurring?
