i use save , send feature in word , microsoft outlook 2010 opens fine. add email address , send attachment (at least think do). however, email not added sent mail folder , have confirmed recipient never receives email attachement. there no error message. if send email , attach word document within outlook email sent fine.
is familiar issue?

does receiver have same office version have? happen 1 file or files well? have tried sending using device?
