hello, i'm having exact same problem , happens pictures no matter file in. have windows 10 laptop , microsoft word 2016.

hi julie,

to investigate issue side, i'd confirm following things:

1. record video of issue side? may use mobile phone record video. can upload video cloud storage , share public guest link. if don't want share public, have sent private message collect video.

2. open word>click file>account>capture screenshot of info under product information.

3. click start button>settings>system>about>let know os build , version of windows 10.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
