Headers and page numbering in Word 2013 - Microsoft Community

my version of word (2013) is inept @ dealing headers, footers , section break transitions.  immediate problem:  added text footer page number (something have been doing on 20 years).  able make word  continue page numbers successive pages, text added not continue next pages.  again, have been doing since started working versions of word, superior in every aspect 2013!

i'm not sure i'm understanding trying , getting unexpected results.

i'm assuming last correct interpretation , caused write.

the brief answer following pages using different footer.

every section in word has 3 headers , 3 footers if don't see of them.

when create new section, default link previous footer of same kind in previous section.

in document go footer added text. might copy text while this. @ label in line dividing footer body. go footer want display text. @ label again. different or link previous has been turned off. immediate workaround, paste text in footer other pages. if link previous unchecked , want same through these sections in future, check it. (doing replaces text in old footer in new , links them.)

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Office / Skype for Business / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
