I can't add a domain to block spam emails - Microsoft Community

getting lot of spam e-mails domain, @gmx.de. email address shows in many different ways, domain showing same, @gmx.net. however, noticed hovering mouse sender, actual domain @gmx.de. so, trying add domain block sender list, error message said, "you can't add item list because impact large number of message." don't know how fix problem. tired of getting many junk mails. can help?

there other ways create rule email account if having issue in using current one.  since unable add domain @gmx.de blocked senders list, suggest using the sweep rule instead. action make emails coming domain go directly deleted items folder automatically. know how it, please click on link: organize inbox archive, sweep, , other tools in outlook.com or outlook on web.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
