MISSING EMAILS - Microsoft Community

i purchased office 365 outlook.  never had problem previous outlook, in fact working on old computer.

first instance emails in inbox start date of 1st july 28th august disappeared.  yesterday emails prior 8th september gone.

i checked archive setting , there none set.  tried archive email , said no archive folders have been set ................so emails going?

you dont mention type of mail account, pop, imap, outlook.com or?

and whether have filtered view set?

or whether looking under favorites or actual mail folder set
