word doc prints all pages instead of only requested page - Microsoft Community

i facing issue office 2016 in mac, trying print specific set of pages document prints whole documents. don't know why happening.

i have found out issue happening particular document in compatibility mode.

i tried moved data , try save current version still opens compatibility mode. 

could me sort out issue.

according description, suggest try following steps:

  1. open document want print.
  2. on the file menu, click save as.
  3. on format pop-up menu, click word document (.docx).
  4. make sure maintain compatibility previous versions of word check box clear, , click save.

 

then open document , try print specific set of pages again.

 

if issue still appears, please share below information us:

  1. what office version? (open word > word > excel)
  2. if possible, please provide document exists issue via private message.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
