HELP !! Outlook is sending out SPAM emails from my account - Microsoft Community

hi everyone,

desperate here... main outlook account few secondary accounts have being used send out hundreds of spam emails on world. it's happening pretty once or twice day... lot of bounce emails ones being sent being recognized spam. keep busting send limit , accounts suspended... have send myself security code phone every day or other day unlock account. getting messages microsoft saying i've asked many codes , have wait week before can request code. literally opened sent folder while happening , watched junk being spewed out in front of eyes , couldn't anything. connected via outlook desktop app, via windows mail , via outlook android. have bitdefender antivirus , installed malwarebytes , machine clean. since started i've changed password 5 times , it's 20 characters long numbers , symbols...changing had no effect @ all... spamming continued right away. don't want have switch gmail , lose email address i've been using on 10 years. afraid of being locked out of associated 1 drive storage (100gb). has been going on over week , don't know do.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
