How to reduce bandwidth that Office365 uses - Microsoft Community

please can help!

our business has dedicated 2mbps internet pipe, consistently running @ capacity , grinding halt.  40% of usage office365.  that doesn't include outlook (which has own portion of pie chart). other office365 application we're using (occasionally) onedrive.  i've paused onedrive synching on our machines see if cause - it's reduced usage little, not lot.

does have other thoughts why might using bandwidth, , there way of reducing it?

office needs check updates , download updates, , when open word document stored in cloud service, word needs connect cloud service, require internet connection. if office not downloading updates, don't think office 365 take 40% of bandwidth usage.
can give me screenshot shows office 365 takes 40% of bandwidth usage?

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
