have project file many summary task. each of these summary task represent smaller project within business. there way can prioritize each of these projects? meaning project #3 first priority , project #4 being second priority.  needing because work fabrication company , need able see needs in production , these projects priorities change constantly.

project have priority field relates how tasks can moved resource leveling.

however, don't mention resources or leveling perhaps goal highlight summary group highest priority, next priority , forth. in case can use custom field (e.g. text1, number1, etc.) , enter priority each summary group. can use filter select out highest priority groups or use project's grouping feature show them more explicitly.

however, mention priorities change constantly. if want assign priority @ summary (i.e. project) level, assume subtasks under summary need completed in order. happens if project priorities change mid-way through execution of summary group?
