Unable to save Microsoft Teams desktop app notification preferences - Microsoft Community

in teams desktop app, click on photo , click on notifications. when open 1 of drop-downs, see list of options in drop-down. however, once select option, drop-down closes , appears blank. of drop-downs except 1 select whether skype enabled - 1 seems work. since preferences showing blank in notifications preferences form, unsure whether being reflected or not. have not received email alerts , nothing has appeared in banner when posts chat post team home page.

hi,

it's odd you're unable save notification preferences in microsoft teams desktop app, without changes happened on computer. since there still 1 application (skype) seems work, app might have experienced corruption of data. however, don't want jump conclusion yet until isolate concern. can provide answers these questions:

  • when last time you're able save notification preference?
  • were there changes made on computer prior issue?

we're looking forward response.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
