not happy @ im waiting important emails

and cannot send or recived stay in draft , problem annoyed

hi sandy,

we aware of outage affected small subset of our users in areas when sending or receiving emails. our engineering team worked hard find , fix reason outage, , of september 19, 2017, @ 1:25 utc, running again. our engineers confirmed new emails being sent , received expected, , emails supposed sent or received during outage going delivered on next few hours.

 
check current service status, visit https://portal.office.com/servicestatus. please login microsoft account more specific status pertaining service.

 
let know if you're able send , receive emails expected.c

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
