Not all photos on Publisher doc print - Microsoft Community

hi,

i regularly write learning stories in publisher children , add photos these.

recently printed document has been missing 1 or more of photos. each of photos added in same way , seem happen randomly.

any idea causes or how can fix it? 

is pub file on local hard drive? opening , saving local hard drive can prevent file corruption.

try compressing pictures before printing. select picture > picture tools tab > adjust group > compress pictures. check desktop printing target output , apply pictures of publication. save changes , print.

i assuming have separate copies of each picture outside of publication 'best practices' way of working pictures. if not save copy of publication , apply compression copy. once compress picture , save change cannot go if experiment not work can go original.
