Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community

i have outlook 2007 on windows 7 laptop , wanted transfer 2 accounts have new laptop has office 365 outlook 2016. 

i tried exporting , importing .pst files old laptop new laptop runs windows 10 folders (where emails saved) set missing. things such signatures, calendar appointments. did select include sub folders.  

how take across both accounts. email addresses own domain name run off imap setting.  tried above method few times , doesn't take across everything. copied file directly outlook folder saved , no luck.

appreciate help. can't use new laptop until resolve issue.

you can export , import emails, contacts, , calendars. however, don’t have option export , import outlook signature. have recreate other settings.

 

here’s article walk through steps on how export or backup email, contacts, , calendar outlook .pst file. follow instructions outlook 2007. make sure checkbox beside include subfolders checked.

 

once you’re done exporting data files, proceed importing emails, contacts, , calendar. follow steps outlook 2016 included in article.

 

if issue persists, possible .pst file corrupted. suggest repairing data files following instructions on link.
