Outlook 2013 disappearing folders - Microsoft Community

i have purchased new laptop , have installed office 2013 purchased previous laptop. have copied  .pst data file previous laptop  to new one.

in 1 of mail accounts had more 6000 emails, in several different folders. in new laptop, emails in inbox , folders have disappeared.

during email account setup have selected deliver new message :  existing outlook data file

can me in getting disappeared folders?

there's possibility issue caused mail server outlook account. better assist outlook 2013 issue, please answer following:

  • are using imap or pop mail server? check it, go your account settings > type. kindly check 2 devices.
  • did use flash drive in transferring pst files or did use different method?

we'll keep eye out response.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope...
