there way view tasks within calendar view on outlook web? know can see them under calendar in outlook 2016 mac/windows. whereas in web version, tasks available under separate tab. set reminders   tasks. helpful if reminders show integrated in calendar view can overall view of day appointments , tasks have.

  your description right. tasks available under separate tab since office 365 calendar , tasks totally 2 different things. and, it's not feasible view tasks in office 365 owa calendar.  
   
  as mentioned above, enabling reminder best way let notice tasks.
