lync 2013 (s4b client) , exchange online - exchange needing credentials
hello,
we have issue on-premise lync 2013 (skype business clients) authenticating exchange online.
when launching lync client, user asked password in order authenticate exchange online. suppressed if user ticks 'always remember password' box - not real-world solution issue comes when user updates password.
if configuration information of skype business, displays error under mapi-information:
"a separate sign in required connect outlook, sign in dialog canceled or closed, or exchange server may unavailable. log of skype business, , login again establish connection." <--- relevant??
this biggest issue have our exchange online implementation and holding rolling out rest of our organization.
record running 32-bit office 2013 on 64-bit windows 8.
lync 2013 client version: 15.0.4933.1000 - mso: 15.0.4945.1001
