Not receiving emails - Microsoft Community

my email got hacked on weekend , i am not able receive emails anymore.

how can fix this?

there 2 places setup forwarding: forwarding , inbox , sweep rules.

have checked both places?



Outlook.com / Email / Sending, receiving, and reading email

tried recall email. got response recipient: sender responded m. mean? hi rebecca, recalling unavailable outlook.com. however, available outlook 2016. more information, please check article: i want recall message in outlook.com (formerly hotmail) . with said, can confirm if you're using outlook 2016? also, using office business or exchange? we'll waiting response.
