hi,
for several months, have used office 365 outlook (office 365 business premium) connect corporate exchange server successfully.
within last 3 weeks, have had continual problems across 2 x different notebooks - dell , ms surface book.
on first account set - connection status looks follows - correct:
the second time log in, note how connection has changed office 365:
if attempt open outlook third time - error - stating mailbox has been temporarily moved on microsoft exchange server:
i have logged call microsoft - unable help, despite trying. on surface book - clean install of windows , office worked - not working on dell machine.
i use same exchnaage account on macs , ipads - no issues there.

according error, please refer article, please try them fix issue. above article mentioned, please don't choose option "use temporary mailbox", may cause data loss, , before remove profile, please backup important outlook items.
if issue persists, please provide outlook version , try open outlook safe mode to check result.
