Symbol subset "Combining Diacritical Marks" - Microsoft Community

i cannot find "combining diacritical marks" in subset list. using word 2016, office 365 pro plus. know how can fix please?

the first thing @ selected in font box in upper left corner of insert > more symbols dialog box.

  • if font box says (normal text), dialog box shows characters available in font used normal paragraph style.
  • if specific font's name appears in box, dialog box shows characters in font.

some fonts (such arial unicode ms) contain lot of combining diacritical marks, while others (such symbol) don't contain any.

after selecting font, @ box in lower right, above cancel button. if dropdown's list contains "unicode (hex)", select it. if doesn't appear in list, selected font doesn't contain characters other 256 ascii characters.

if far choosing show unicode character codes, subset box in upper right should allow select combining diacritical marks subset. these characters start character code 0300 , continue many selected font contains.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Office / Skype for Business / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

Drop-down Menus and Boxes Will Not Stay Open in MS Office 2010 - Microsoft Community

i made video show issue: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ouo7bebwljilhfz/screencaptureproject34.mp4?dl=0 i noticed issue on forum in several locations windows whole had simple resolution hasn't matched mine (and mine in office, not windows).  when open drop-down window (menu or box, i've seen called 3 don't know correct), won't stay open long enough me use it.  the time open varies super short relatively short.  i'm showing in excel, happening across ms office software.  itunes, example, not produce issue. office 2010 windows 7 64bit 15gb ram intel core i7 cpu 3.07ghz it not mouse.  i've tried 3. it not stuck key on keyboard.  i've tried 2. it not virus or malware.  i have contacted eset, antivirus provider had me perform deep cleans , combed through 2 reports (twice after bugged them again).  (i use malwarebytes , ccleaner regularly, since i've been paid subscriber eset long time, used service.) ...
